How to setup a Zoom Meeting
To help you setup a Zoom Meeting during this time of disruption, here are the basic instructions. You’ll be set in only four steps!
NOTE: Meetings are limited to 40 minutes with a free Zoom account.
Go to the Zoom Signup Page and create an account. You will receive an e-mail to activate your account. Please be patient if the e-mail does not arrive right away since Zoom is experiencing a LOT more traffic lately.
In the e-mail you receive, click the “Activate Account” link. On the page that launches, enter your name and choose a password. Click “Skip this step” at the bottom of the next page when asked to invite others.
Your personal meeting url is shown on the next page. This is the address needed to meet with your group. Copy this url and paste it in the form below to send it to us so we can add it to your Group events.
Download the Zoom app for your phone or computer. Each group member will be asked to do the same before they join the first meeting. Group members do NOT need to create an account to join the meeting.
